The location was particularly good and perfect for walking around National Museum. The hotel was located near a palace and a central market. Slices of fresh bread and cheese were outstanding and lovely.

The location is good for those wishing to see Phnom penh and is in walking distance of the Palace and the museum (5 minutes max). It is also close to the river front with plenty of restaurants and bars etc.

We were dissapointed upon arrival as there were mosquitos in our room and the bathroom door was broken and the toilet leaked from the bottom. The hote'ls solution to the mosquito problem was to give us air freshner. Eventually we ended up in another room but we were made to feel unwelcome in the process as it was not handled very well by staff.

It made my trip to Phnom Penh a nice experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this excellent place. - the location for Phnom Penh was marvelous and amazing, next to many good restaurants and shops. - On the whole delicious food; Happy Herb's Pizza was in the vicinity.

Breakfast was poor. Room was not what we had asked for even after email confirmation. Upon check in we were directed to the other hotel (even though we had confirmed via e-mail that we would be in the pub/restaurant) and when challenged we were told it was because they were full. After being taken to the room we saw it was leaking so again when challenged we were moved to another room. This room was twin (not double as requested) with only windows to the corridor not outside. These windows were not secure and could easily be opened from the outside. After asking to speak to management, we were then shown another room in the pub/ restaurant with a double (as originally requested). However the room was on the ground floor at the back with no window and poor lighting. The manager was apologetic for the inconvenience but I am not sure why we were not given that room at first. Nonetheless, the room and breakfast was definately not worth the price after coming from an amazing brand new hotel in Siem Reap with great breakfast, facilities and services for the same price.

I found the Golden Noura very central to shopping, tourist attractions and night life. the service from the staff was first class, freindly, helpfull and very pleasent.
